Services · what you are actually buying
Nobody has bought this before. So here is exactly what it is.
Two businesses under one roof. An AI conductor that plugs into the systems you already own, watches them 24/7 and tells each team where to act. And a UK team that still writes the emails and builds the sites, by hand.
Chapter 01 · Why this exists
You are not short of talent. You are short of a conductor.
Every business over about twenty people ends up the same way. A media agency with its own reporting. An email platform with different numbers. Finance closing the month on a third set. Everyone is competent. Nobody is reading from the same score.
So the media team scales a product that went out of stock on Tuesday. Finance finds it in the month end. Someone spends two days building the deck that explains it after the fact.
A conductor does not play an instrument. It reads every part at once, decides what matters this morning, and tells each section what to do about it. That is the job we do.
Who is asking
Process people, not a lab
We took Pura through to their Series A and built out Centre Circle in grassroots football, both on processes that did not exist before we wrote them. The conductor is the same discipline, pointed at your stack.
Chapter 02 · How we conduct
Five movements. Each one has an output you can hold us to.
Within hours
We connect to the systems you already pay for through their own APIs. Nothing is migrated, nothing is replaced, and no agency is asked to change tools. Within hours of access being granted you get a high level audit back, not a calendar invite for a discovery workshop.
How
Read only credentials, scoped per system, granted by you and revocable in one click.
What you get
A written connectivity map of your stack
The first list of what disagrees with what
A named engineer who did the work
Week one
The full read of your tech, product and business stack. Every opportunity we can size and every weakness we can name, written so a founder can act on it rather than forward it to an analyst. This is the deliverable people expect to pay five figures for.
How
Two of our team spend two days in your data, then one afternoon writing it in plain English.
What you get
Ranked opportunities, each with a number attached
The weaknesses, named and owned
Yours to keep whether you hire us or not
Weeks two to four
We learn how each department actually works, not how the org chart says it does. Then we build the reporting they genuinely need and automate it, so nobody assembles a deck again. Buying gets stock cover, media gets contribution, the board gets one page.
How
One session per department to set what they see and what counts as a problem. Their thresholds, in their language.
What you get
A daily brief per department, live
Alert rules each team signed off
The end of manual reporting for those teams
Ongoing
This is the part that makes it a conductor rather than a tool. Weekly written analysis from our analysts, a live actions log with owners and dates, and monitoring that does not take weekends off. Agencies and internal leads play from the same score.
How
AI watches continuously and drafts. A human reads it, decides what matters and puts a name against each action.
What you get
Weekly written analysis, not a dashboard link
Actions log with owners and dates
Nobody marking their own homework
Monthly
One view for the people funding it. What performance did, what changed, what it cost and what the next movement is. Short enough to read in the meeting it was written for, and consistent enough month to month that trends are obvious.
How
Generated from the same model as every other brief, so the board sees the same numbers the teams do.
What you get
One page, same shape every month
The next movement, costed
An investor ready version on request
The section that never sleeps
Configured once with your team. Then it runs at 3am.
This is the part people struggle to picture, so here it is literally. Each department tells us what they need to see and what counts as a problem. The AI watches for exactly that, all night, and writes it up before anyone arrives.
07:00 daily · sent to 34 people
Everyone's brief, in their own language
Chapter 03 · What we connect
One score. One set of numbers.
CRM, finance, ecommerce, ads, warehouse, support. Whatever you already bought, read through its own API.
Media, SEO, creative, development. They keep their tools and their contracts, and get the same numbers you do.
A brief built around how each department actually works, landing at 7am before anyone opens a dashboard.
Chapter 04 · You might be thinking
The five things everyone asks on the first call.
Answered here so you do not have to spend the call on them.
Is this just another dashboard?
No. A dashboard waits for you to open it and tells you nothing about what to do. We send each team a written brief before they start work, and a human analyst has read it first. If a dashboard had solved this you would not still be building decks.
Does the AI get access to sensitive data?
Access is read only by default and scoped system by system, granted by you and revocable in one click. We do not need payroll, contracts or customer identities to do this work, so we do not ask for them. Your data is never used to train anybody's model.
Do I have to replace my agency?
No, and we would rather you did not. Good agencies do better work when somebody finally gives them one honest set of numbers. We set the score and the rhythm; they keep the brief, the tools and the contract.
What if the audit finds nothing?
Then you keep the report, you have paid only the set up fee, and we part on good terms. In practice the first movement always finds something, because the gaps live between systems and nobody currently owns the space between them.
What happens if we stop paying you?
You keep everything we built. Connections, thresholds, report templates and documentation are handed over within five working days, and the API access you granted gets revoked by you. No data hostage, no exit fee.
Chapter 05 · Done by people
Not everything should be automated. This half is all human.
Plenty of businesses do not need a conductor yet. They need someone to send the emails or fix the website. That work is done by our own UK team, hourly or on a retainer, with no model involved.

The AI side available if you want it
Shopify and headless builds, app work, migrations, integrations and the ongoing fixes nobody else wants to own. Billed by the hour against a signed estimate.
The rest of this page is about AI, so it would be easy to assume your emails get written by a machine and your site gets built by one. They do not. This half of the business is people, and it stays that way.
Chapter 06 · What it costs, all in one place
Every price we charge, on one page.
What
Price
What sets the price
Number of systems connected and how many departments get their own brief. Plus a one off set up fee covering movements 01 and 02.
Banded on your Shopify revenue: £350 under £5k, £650 from £5k to £25k, £1.25k above that with everything included.
Billed against a signed estimate, or rolled into a monthly retainer once the workload is predictable.
Same hourly basis as development. Quoted as a project where the scope is clear enough to fix.
Next intake, October
