We rebuilt their email marketing from the ground up.
We began with a full audit, identifying gaps and opportunities across campaigns, flows and list health. From there, we implemented a new campaign strategy, rebuilt all automated flows, and introduced A/B tested pop-ups to capture more sign-ups. We also brought in regular list cleaning to keep costs down and ensure deliverability. Every move was guided by data and shaped around the brand’s bold, premium feel.
