Work · Jaymac Solutions · pipeline reporting and web

A B2B business that can finally see which enquiries become work.

We rebuilt the site and identity on top of a connected pipeline view. Every enquiry is tagged at source and followed through the CRM to the invoice, so marketing spend can be judged on booked work.

Chapter 01 · The section that could not hear the others

Plenty of enquiries, no idea which ones were worth having.

Forms landed in an inbox, quotes lived in a spreadsheet, and jobs were invoiced somewhere else entirely. Nobody could say which page, campaign or service line produced the enquiries that turned into revenue, so the site kept selling everything equally and the sales team chased whatever shouted loudest.

Chapter 02 · What we connected

Tag it at the form, follow it to the invoice.

The new WordPress build tags every enquiry with its source, service and page, and passes it into the CRM where quote value and outcome come back. A monthly pipeline report shows cost per booked job by service line, and that report, not opinion, decided which services got the top of the homepage.

Source to invoice

One thread from first click to the job being paid for.

Cost per booked job

Reported by service line, not by lead count.

Site that follows suit

Layout and content reordered around the profitable work.

Chapter 03 · Who did what

The AI side

Follows every enquiry overnight

Source, service and quote value reconciled nightly, so a stalled pipeline shows up the next morning rather than at month end.

The human side

Our team builds and runs the site

Identity, WordPress build and ongoing website management handled by people you can ring.

Chapter 04 · The output we were held to

Fewer enquiries, more work won.

Once the low value enquiries were visible as low value, the team stopped optimising for volume. The site now sells the services that convert, and every marketing pound has a job number behind it.
