Refund policy

We have a no refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used any of our services and have provided 30-days written notice in advance. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at hello@conceptualise.com. If your refund is accepted, your monies will be returned within 14-21 working days.
