We worked with Sinners Attire to reduce acquisition costs and build a more sustainable revenue mix. From email and SMS to paid media and international strategy, we helped shift focus from short-term spend to long-term impact.



The Challenge
Reduce reliance on paid media and drive more efficient, stable revenue across markets.
While Sinners Attire had strong top-line performance, they needed to lower acquisition costs and improve retention. The goal was to create more consistent income across regions, build a deeper relationship with customers and strengthen backend performance through better strategy.
Our approach
Revamp the retention engine and refine paid performance.
We audited and rebuilt their Klaviyo setup — launching new flows, refreshing campaigns and introducing SMS to boost engagement. We segmented by country and language, launching email campaigns in Spanish and German to drive relevance. On the paid side, we refreshed ad creative, supported their app strategy and implemented deeper reporting to guide smarter decisions.
The Results
Higher email-attributed revenue, stronger engagement in key markets and a healthier return on ad spend.
Klaviyo became a more powerful channel, with automated flows now running in multiple languages. Campaigns saw stronger engagement across Spanish and German audiences. Paid ads delivered a consistently strong ROAS, helping reduce overall reliance on media spend and build a more balanced growth strategy.
