Communicate a values-led strategy in a way that resonates with a wide grassroots audience.

Cheshire FA had a clear goal: to create safer, more supportive matchday environments through a new sideline behaviour strategy. But the message needed to cut through - especially with parents, coaches and volunteers - in a format that was easy to share and understand.

Our Approach

Bring the strategy to life through animation and strong visual storytelling.

We began by sketching out key moments, then worked through storyboarding and animation to create a clear, engaging video. Everything was designed from scratch - from wireframes to characters - to align with the FA’s values and tone. The final video was supported by the wider strategy document and designed for sharing across channels.

The Results

A simple, effective message that’s now supporting behaviour change across grassroots football.

The video was published on YouTube and received positive feedback from coaches, parents and club officials. It’s now a key part of the FA’s sideline behaviour campaign, included in strategy documents and training materials to help drive real change at grassroots level.
